Chief Communication Officer
Smarter is a management company responsible for defining the overall strategy of investment activities and ensuring optimal management and development strategies for each business unit within the group. In this role, you will:
Communication Strategy Development:Develop and implement a unified communication strategy for all markets and business sectors of the company.Ensure alignment between brand messaging and the company’s strategic goals.Create a long-term strategy for brand reputation development at both local and international levels.- Internal Communications:Develop programs to enhance employee engagement, including regular internal communication campaigns, meetings, Town Halls, and corporate events.Ensure transparency and clarity of internal communication among different company divisions.Provide strategic and tactical communications advice and counsel to the Board.
External Communications and PR:Develop and deliver a strategic communications plan designed to support business priorities.Cultivate and manage relations with media, including handling media requests, identifying media opportunities, media pitching, and monitoring media coverage.Coordinate interactions with the media, including developing press releases, organizing interviews, public appearances, and PR campaigns.
Brand Management:Strengthen the company’s brand by creating a clear, recognizable image in all markets where the company operates.Oversee brand visual identity and ensure all marketing and communication materials comply with the company’s overall standards.Develop content for brand platforms that reflects the company’s key values.
Crisis Communication Management:Create and implement crisis communication strategies that enable the company to respond promptly to potential reputational threats.Coordinate actions during crisis situations, ensuring clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Analytics and Performance Measurement:Develop and implement a system for continuous monitoring and assessment of the company's reputation using key indicators.Implement tools to measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns, assess results, and identify areas for improvement.Create regular reports for management that include key performance indicators, feedback, and market trend analysis.- Stakeholder Relations:Coordinate and develop relations with business associations to enhance collaboration and networking opportunities.Serve as the company spokesperson, representing the organization in various settings and maintaining a positive image.
What we expect:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in companies with international exposure. Proven ability to develop and implement integrated communication strategies that align with business objectives.
Strategic Communication Development: Confirmed experience in creating and implementing communication strategies for multifunctional businesses, ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels.
Crisis Communication Management: Experience in crisis communication management, including strategy development, public messaging, and damage control to protect and enhance the company's reputation.
Media Relations and Internal Communication: Extensive experience in handling press releases, media interactions, and public appearances, as well as expertise in creating internal communication strategies that foster employee engagement and alignment with company values and goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in engaging with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, government entities, and community leaders, to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Impact Measurement: Familiarity with measuring the impact of communication strategies through KPIs and data-driven insights, enabling continuous improvement and adaptation of communication efforts.
