Middle Business Process Manager

The Digital Transformation Department is looking for an experienced Middle Business Process Manager to drive the digital transformation of Smarter Corp and its affiliates. You'll support and maintain digitized processes, and create user guides, process descriptions, and requirements specifications. In this role, you will:
- Participate in the business processes digitalization of the Smarter Corp and affiliated business units.
- Support of the implemented digitized business processes.
- Prepare the user guides, process descriptions and requirements specification.
What we expect:
- Business analysis skills.
- Rich experience BPMN & UML diagrams.
- User’s support in the information systems.
- A bachelor's or master degree in business management, IT.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Jira administration and automation.
- Experience with SQL and BI systems.
- Project management experience.
