Senior Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts and ensure we attract and hire the best talent in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will:
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions within the company
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure the suitability of candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
What we expect:
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition of 5 years and more
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
